Marketplace and dealer pilot terms

Leido is a pilot for finding dealer vehicles and making listing information accessible to AI agents. Listings are offers of information from their dealers. Leido does not sell vehicles, arrange credit, guarantee availability, inspect vehicle condition or act as either party’s agent in a sale. Confirm the current price, condition, history, availability and sales terms directly with the dealer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Leido shows two kinds of listings: listings whose facts the dealer approved, and listings collected from dealers’ own websites. A listing from a dealer’s website shows facts only, links to the original listing and to the dealer’s photos, and states the date Leido checked it. Leido has not confirmed it with the dealer. Such a listing takes no enquiries through Leido. A dealer can claim its account and approve its listings, or ask for removal.

To have a listing from a dealer’s website, or a dealer page, removed, write to company@rankfor.ai. We remove the dealer page and all its listings together and keep the website’s address so it is not added again.

Only authorised representatives may manage a dealership. Keep credentials secure and use two-step sign-in. Submit accurate stock data and photos you are entitled to use. Approve the facts and keep price, availability and descriptions current. Do not include unrelated personal data, malicious files or misleading claims. Leido may withhold, correct with your approval, or remove content that lacks evidence or rights. Contact company@rankfor.ai to report an inaccurate listing or dispute a moderation decision.

Publication permission is limited to the inventory sources you name in your workspace. By granting it, you authorise Leido to host, resize, translate, structure and display their vehicle facts and photos on Leido and its public agent endpoints for the pilot. You retain ownership. Leido may use its hosting and delivery providers to supply this service. Withdraw permission in the workspace to stop new public serving. Existing third-party caches may take time to disappear. This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising, resale of private records or publication of buyer enquiries.

Participation is free from activation through 31 December 2026. No card, setup fee, automatic renewal, retrospective sales commission or notice penalty applies. Continuing with a paid service requires a separate agreement. Results are measured, never promised. A bot request is evidence of a fetch, not an AI recommendation, buyer, sale or fee entitlement.

Use public search and agent interfaces within their published limits. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate dealers or buyers, scrape private account data, or submit enquiries without the person’s authority. We may restrict abusive access and explain account or content restrictions where appropriate. Contact company@rankfor.ai to request review or end participation. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
